Your keys will be held in strict compliance with BS7984 at a secure premises, somewhere local to your property. If you lose your keys, we’re just a call away from helping you back into your business and if the need arises we can even assist you with lock changing.

1. We listen to your requirements

All of our customers and properties are unique, and we will tailor our keyholding and alarm response service to meet your needs. Our ‘can do’ attitude make most things possible.

2. We conduct a free site survey

Once you have committed to proceed, we will attend your property to collect the keys and perform the site survey. All details that we take will then be incorporated into the Assignment Instructions which will be used by the Security Officer in the event of an alarm activation.

3. We assign an account manager

A member of our experienced keyholding and alarm response team will look after you. Any queries or additional requests will be responded to quickly and effectively.

4. Ready to respond

Our CCTV Monitoring station is fully manned by SIA Licensed Operators, 24/7, 365 days a year. The control room function is housed in a state of the art NSI Gold alarm video receiving centre.

5. We dispatch a security professional

If your alarm is activated, our mobile response officer will arrive at your property, perform thorough security checks both externally and then internally to try to determine the reason for the alarm activation and execute the appropriate action to secure your premises.

6. We resolve any issues

When our security officers attend an incident you can be assured that they won’t leave your property until the situation is resolved and your premises are fully secure. This can be done by using a list of contractors that you have detailed in the Assignment Instructions, or by using our local contacts if you don’t have a preferred supply chain.
